Pricing: 

Call Out Fee
- NO call out fee for the following suburbs. Burpengary, Bellmere, Caboolture, Deception Bay, Dakabin, Morayfield and Narangba.
$10 call out fee for the following suburbs. Clontarf, Elimbah, Kallangur, Kippa-Ring, Northlakes, Petrie, Redcliffe and Rothwell.
- $20 Or Higher call out fee for any other suburbs.

Hourly Rate
- $30 for the first hour of any service. (far cheaper than computer stores).
- $20 per hour after the first hour for any service. (far cheaper than computer stores)
Please Note:
- Payment for call out fee if applicable and first hour, $30 are required upon arrival. Any additional hours beyond the first are paid at the end of the service.
- If it turns out I cannot fix your issue then you get half your money back guaranteed. (NOTE: Not including any call out fee)
- $30 for the first hour is for the first hour of every session. E.g. If I have to come back to your home, that will constitute as a new session and the first hour will be $30 then $20 afterwards.

Introduction to Basic Computing Tutoring

STEP 1: Contact me and let me know what you would like help with learning. e.g. basic operations of a computer, installing software, setting up emails, Facebook etc.
STEP 2: I can come to your home at a time that best suits you.
STEP 3: Upon arrival, I will explain the service to you and what is going to happen and you will need to sign a short agreement form stating you read and understand what I am going to do. This agreement includes details as to what I am liable for. Please note that I require all clients to sign this before performing any service. I can email you the agreement form if you would like to know the details before I come out.
Notes:
- I can help you with various devices from iPhone, iPad and Android tablets and phones to Windows and Apple Mac computers.
- When contacting me, please let me know what device you have and what things you wish to learn. This way, I can better prepare to help you with your specific needs and not waste your time and money.

Special: Pay for 3 one hour sessions up front and pay only 75$ instead of the usual $90. (this can be purchased as many times as desired). Does not include call out fees.


Maintenance Details

STEP 1: If your computer is running slower than usual or when you first purchased it or if you simply would like your files, programs or inside of your computer to be cleaned up, contact me and let me know.
STEP 2: I can come to your house at a time that suits you.
STEP 3: Upon arrival, I will explain the service to you and what is going to happen and you will need to sign a short agreement form stating you read and understand what I am going to do. This agreement includes details as to what I am liable for. Please note that I require all clients to sign this before performing any service. I can email you the agreement form if you would like to know the details before I come out.
Notes:
- There are many reasons why a computer may be running slow. Some reasons take longer to fix than others. It will usually be best for me to take the computer and then perform maintenance which will mean the job will be done faster and you get to save money on labour.
- I will do my best to check the computer for reasons as to why it it running slow and attempt to resolve the issue. However, it may be impossible to achieve with the tools at my disposal. In such a case, I will only charge 50% of the normal hourly rate.


Virus/Malware Removal

STEP 1: If your computer has a virus, malware or you just want a routine checkup, contact me. If you suspect you have a virus please give me any details when contacting me including, any issues the computer is giving you or any other reason you have to believe your computer may be infected. This will allow me to give you a faster service.
STEP 2: I will come to your house at a time suitable to you and attempt to look for and remove any viruses.
STEP 3: Upon arrival, I will explain the service to you and what is going to happen and you will need to sign a short agreement form stating you read and understand what I am going to do. This agreement includes details as to what I am liable for. Please note that I require all clients to sign this before performing any service. I can email you the agreement form if you would like to know the details before I come out.
Notes:
- Virus scans may take a long time so in many cases, it may be more efficient for me to take the computer which will speed up the process which means you pay less.


Repairs

STEP 1: If you believe your computer is in need of repairs, contact me and let me know what issues you are having.
STEP 2: I can come to your house at a time that suits you.
STEP 3: Upon arrival, I will explain the service to you and what is going to happen and you will need to sign a short agreement form stating you read and understand what I am going to do. This agreement includes details as to what I am liable for. Please note that I require all clients to sign this before performing any service. I can email you the agreement form if you would like to know the details before I come out.
Notes:
- Some repairs may be too complex to fix at your home and may require me to take the computer in order to properly diagnose the issue.
- Some repairs may require replacing components. In such a case, I can advise you on what components need to be purchased. Once purchased, I can replace the damaged components with the new components.
- Some problems may not be fixable or the issue may not be determinable. In such a case, I will only charge 50% of the normal hourly rate.


Purchasing a Computer

STEP 1: If you are interested in purchasing a new computer but don't know where to start, contact me.
STEP 2: Let me know what tasks you would like the new computer to perform. This can be done by phone, email or face to face consultation at your home.
STEP 3: Upon arrival at your home, I will explain the service to you and what is going to happen and you will need to sign a short agreement form stating you read and understand what I am going to do. This agreement includes details as to what I am liable for. Please note that I require all clients to sign this before performing any service. I can email you the agreement form if you would like to know the details before I come out.
STEP 4: I can come to your home at a time that suits you. I will discuss possible computers that may suit you and we can come to an agreement on what you would like to purchase. I will then help you with the process of purchasing the computer as well as any setting up that may be required by you.
Notes:
- Any occasion that requires travel will incur a call out fee for applicable suburbs. Including, travelling to the person's home, delivering the computer etc.


Upgrading

STEP 1: If you are interested in upgrading your computer but are unsure what to upgrade or how, contact me.
STEP 2: Let me know your reasons for upgrading. Additionally, the model of your computer. If you are unsure about the model of your computer I can come to your house or I can guide you by email or phone on how to find out the necessary details. Knowing the model of your computer and the reasons for upgrading will help me to choose the right upgrade for you.
STEP 3: Upon arrival, I will explain the service to you and what is going to happen and you will need to sign a short agreement form stating you read and understand what I am going to do. This agreement includes details as to what I am liable for. Please note that I require all clients to sign this before performing any service. I can email you the agreement form if you would like to know the details before I come out.
STEP 4: I can come to your house at a time that suits you. We can then discuss the upgrades that you require and I can guide you on how to purchase such upgrades. I can return at a later date and install the purchased upgrades for you.

- Each visit to the home incurs a call out fee of $10 for applicable suburbs.
